黄芪三参饮对小鼠小肠隐窝上皮细胞放射效应的研究

摘要

Objective:To study the effect of Chinese herb Huangqi Sanshen Decoction to the small intestine crypt cells of mouse under different radiotherapy dosage.Methods:Choice 120 healthy mouse and divide them into two groups.Mouse in the treatment group accepted the different dosage illumination after taking the traditional Chinese herb.Control group accepted the different dosage illumination purely.84 hours after irradiation,kill them and count the small intestine crypts of mouse under mirrors by the method according to Withers HR.Evaluating the curative effect indicator.Results:There was no difference of sex between the two group (P>0.05 ).The difference between the male mouse of the two group by dosage 12Gy and 13Gy illumination was not significant (P>0.05).There was significant difference between male mouse of the two group by dosage 14Gy and 16Gy illumination (P<0.05).There was significant difference between female mouse of the two group under different dosage illumination (P<0.05)and there was very significant difference between both male and female mouse by dosage 15Gy illumination (P<0.01). Two groups mouse,unconsideration its sex,have very significance difference under different dosage illumination (P<0.01).According to the graph of the number of small intestine crypts,the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:The Huangqi Sanshen Decoction have the repair function to regeneration small intestine crypts,has protective function to the radiation injury of mouse small intestine epithelial cell under different radiotherapy dosage, can reduce the poison reaction of radiotherapy.%目的：观察黄芪三参饮（Huangqi Sanshen Yin，HQSSY）在不同放疗剂量下对小鼠小肠隐窝上皮细胞的影响。方法：选择健康小鼠120只，随机分为两组，治疗组60只小鼠服用中药后接受不同放射剂量照射，对照组60只小鼠单纯接受不同放射剂量照射，两组小鼠雌雄各半。同时接受照射84h后处死，按Withers HR方法镜下计数每环再生的小肠隐窝作为疗效评价指标，分析两组在再生隐窝细胞数上的差异。结果：两组小鼠性别无差异（P＞0．05）。剂量12Gy、13Gy对两组雄性小鼠照射均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；剂量14Gy、16Gy对两组雄性小鼠照射均存在显著性差异（P＜0．05）；不同剂量对两组雌性小鼠照射均存在显著性差异（P＜0．05）；其中剂量15Gy对两组雄性、雌性小鼠照射均存在非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。两组小鼠不分性别在不同剂量下照射均存在非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。根据隐窝细胞数结果所示治疗组优于对照组。结论：HQSSY对每环再生小肠隐窝具有修复作用，在不同放疗剂量下对小鼠小肠上皮细胞放射损伤具有保护作用，益气养阴法对放疗有减毒增效功能，值得临床推广。
