肿瘤浸润转移机制的研究进展

摘要

Malignant neoplasm is the new growth which is produced by many kinds of oncogenic factors,gene regula-tion disorders and the environment imbalance.Infiltration and metastasis are the basic characteristics of malignant tumor.Metastasis and infiltration has been the leading cause of death in patients with malignant neoplasm and closely associated with recurrence,progression of neoplasm.Partial main mechanisms involved in the metastasis and infiltra-tion were summarized in this paper.%恶性肿瘤是机体在各种致瘤因素下，基因调控失调且伴随组织内环境失衡而形成的新生物。浸润和转移是恶性肿瘤的基本特征，也是导致肿瘤患者复发、病情进展、死亡的主要原因。本文就肿瘤浸润转移过程中所涉及的部分主要机制做一综述。
