内质网应激与肿瘤细胞凋亡研究进展

摘要

内质网应激介导的细胞凋亡是一种新的凋亡途径，与死亡受体途径和线粒体途径不同。内质网应激是一种高度保守的细胞反应机制，适度的内质网应激对细胞有保护作用，而过度的内质网应激诱导细胞凋亡。内质网应激与肿瘤的发生、发展及其治疗等关系密切。本文主要介绍内质网应激与肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究进展，为肿瘤治疗研究提供新方向。%Apoptosis mediated by endoplasmic reticulum stress is a new pathway of apoptosis,which is different from the death receptor pathway and mitochondrial pathway.Endoplasmic reticulum stress is a highly conserved cellular re-action mechanism,moderate endoplasmic reticulum stress has protective effects on the cells,and excessive ER stress inducing cell apoptosis.There is close relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress and tumor occurrence,devel-opment and treatment.This paper mainly introduced the research progress of endoplasmic reticulum stress and apopto-sis of tumor cells,providing a new direction for the research of tumor therapy.
