Objective:To study the expression and its significance of Junctional Adhesion Molecule A (JAM-A) related to pathological features in lung cancer patients.Methods:JAM-A expression of cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry SP in 65 patients with lung cancer and compared with pericarcinomatous tissues.Results:The positive expression of JAM-A in lung cancer rate was 56.9%that was significantly higher than that of noncancerous tissue (11/52,21.2%).And it was significantly related to the TNMstaging and lymph node metastasis but not relat-ed to patient's age,histological type and histologic differentiation.Conclusion:JAM-A highly expressed in non small cell lung cancer which implicated it might play an oncogene role in the lung cancer development.%目的:探讨连接粘附分子A(junctional adhesion molecule A,JAM-A)在人肺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测65例肺癌组织和52例癌旁组织JAM-A的表达,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:JAM-A 在65例肺癌组织中的表达率为56.9%,明显高于癌旁组织21.2%(P<0.05)。与患者淋巴结转移及 TNM分期相关,而与年龄、组织学类型、肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论:JAM-A在非小细胞肺癌中高表达,提示其可能发挥癌基因的功能。
