套细胞淋巴瘤的治疗进展

摘要

Mantle cell lymphoma(MCL)is a specific subtype of mature B cells lymphoma,which characterized by refractoriness of indolent lymphoma and shorter remission of aggressive lymphoma. It own particular biology,pathology and immunophenotype. it is considered incurable without henmotapoietic stem cell transplantation and a dismal prog-nosis. Recently,along with novel treatment options have entered the clinical arena,provided more strategies to choose and improve therapeutic effect.%套细胞淋巴瘤（mantle cell lymphoma，MCL）是来源于相对成熟的 B 淋巴细胞的特殊淋巴瘤亚型，兼具惰性淋巴瘤的难治愈性以及侵袭性淋巴瘤的缓解期短的特征。同时具有独特的生物学、病理学、免疫表型。如不行造血干细胞移植，目前尚无有效的治愈方法，预后较差。近年，新的靶向药物不断研发和临床应用，给 MCL 的治疗提供更多的选择，同时很大的改善了治疗效果。
