直型静脉留置针在抢救中穿刺带血新方法的应用体会

摘要

目的：通过临床试验与统计，探讨直型静脉留置针在临床抢救时合并穿刺带血的新方法，并总结此方法的优越性。方法：把直型静脉留置针与采血针组合连接，并运用于临床，比较其与常规静脉留置针带血方法的实用性。结果：采用组合连接的新方法不仅提高了血标本的质量，且操作更加简单易行。结论：运用组合连接的新方法在临床抢救中进行穿刺带血，不仅保证了血标本的质量，而且操作流程更加快捷简便，值得推广应用。%Objective:To explore the new method of using straight intravenous catheter to puncture with blood. And summarize the advantages of this method. Methods:Through the straight intravenous catheter connected with lan-cets,compared the practicability with conventional intravenous catheter. Results:The new method is not only improve the quality of blood samples,but also with simple operation. Conclusion:Using the combination to puncture in clinical rescue is not only ensure the quality of blood samples,but make the operation more quicker and simper. It should be widely applied.
