金葡素胸腔内注射联合射频透热治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床研究

摘要

目的：观察金葡素注射液胸腔内注射联合射频透热治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期临床疗效及不良反应。方法：将63例恶性胸腔积液患者分为3组，联合组（23例）金葡素联合射频透热治疗，射频透热治疗组（20例）单纯射频透热治疗，金葡素组（20例）单纯金葡素治疗。结果：联合组总有效率91.3％，热疗组总有效率25％，金葡素组总有效率60％，组间差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）；联合使用没有增加毒副反应。结论：金葡素联合射频透热治疗的疗效优于单纯使用金葡素和单纯使用射频透热治疗。%Objiective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and adverse reaction of intraplearal infusion of staphylo-coccus enterotoxin( SE)combined with radiofrequency hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods:A total of 63 cases with malignant pleural effusion were divided into 3 groups. The combine group(n=23) was treated with SE and radiofrequency hyperthermia. The radiofrequency hyperthermia group( n =20 )was treated with radiofrequency hyperthermia only. The SE group( n=20 )was treated with SE only. Results:For the combine group,CR﹢PR 91. 3%;the radiofrequency hyperthermia group,CR﹢PR 25%,the SE group,CR﹢PR 60%. There were significant differences between the three groups(P<0. 01). Combined use did not increase the toxicity. Conclu-sion:The intraplearal infusion of staphylococcus enterotoxin( SE)combined with radiofrequency hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is significantly more effective than that with SE alone and with radiofrequency hyperthermia alone.
