目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、骨唾液蛋白(BSP)与肺耐药蛋白(LRP)在正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌组织中的表达状况。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测60例正常乳腺组织及60例乳腺癌组织中MMP-9、BSP与LRP的表达。结果:乳腺癌组织中MMP-9、BSP与LRP 的阳性表达率分别为75.0%、78.3%、68.3%。正常乳腺组织中MMP-9、BSP与LRP的阳性表达率分别为21.7%、15.0%、10.0%。二者的差异有显著的统计学意义( P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中MMP-9、BSP与LRP的表达呈正相关。结论:MMP-9、BSP与LRP在乳腺癌组织中高表达,与乳腺癌的浸润和转移相关。%Objective:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinases -9( MMP -9 ),bone saliva protein ( BSP)and pulmonary resistance protein( LRP)in normal breast tissue and breast cancer tissue. Methods:We detec-ted the expression of MMP-9,BSP and LRP in 60 cases of breast cancer and 60 cases of normal breast tissue with immunohistochemical SP. Results:The positive expression rates of MMP-9,BSP,LRP in breast cancer tissue were 75. 0%,78. 3% and 68. 3%. And the positive expression rates of MMP-9,BSP,LRP in normal breast tissue were 21. 7%,15. 0%,10. 0%. The difference was of statistical significance(P<0. 05). The expression of MMP-9,BSP, LRP in breast cancer tissue were positively correlated. Conclusion:The high expression of MMP-9,BSP,LRP was observed in breast cancer related with the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
