上海市静安寺社区2002年-2011年恶性肿瘤发病率分析

摘要

Objective:To retrosPectively analyze the incidence of malignancies in Jing'an TemPle Community of Shanghai from 2002 to 2011 and its relationshiP to the age and sex of Patients. Methods:The data of malignancies in Jing'an TemPle Community of Shanghai from 2002 to 2011 was collected from the Shanghai Cancer RePorting System. The incidence of malignancies and the age and gender distribution of Patients were statistically analyzed. Results:From 2002 to 2011,the incidence of malignancies in Jing'an TemPle Community of Shanghai had not increased year by year. In the year of 2003,2006,2007 and 2008,the incidence of malignancies in male was higher than that in female (P ﹤ 0. 05). Malignant tumors mainly occurred in the Persons aged over 40 years old. Under the age of 60 years,the incidence of malignancies in female was significantly higher than that in male(P ﹤ 0. 05). eowever,over the age of 70 year,the incidence in male was higher than that in female(P ﹤ 0. 01). Malignant tumors in our community mainly fo-cus on the resPiratory and digestive systems. Under the age of 40,the incidence of lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorec-tal cancer and liver cancer was low,but it had a significant increase over the age of 40. Prostate cancer and breast cancer mainly occurred in men over 60 and women over 30,resPectively. Conclusion:The incidence of malignancies in Jing'an TemPle Community of Shanghai from the last ten years was stable and had obvious relationshiP with gender, age of Patients. Malignant tumors in our community mainly focus on the resPiratory and digestive systems. Meanwhile, breast cancer has the highest incidence of malignancies in female residents.%目的：回顾性分析上海市静安寺社区2002年-2011年恶性肿瘤发病变化趋势及年龄、性别分布。方法：自上海市肿瘤报告系统中收集静安寺社区2002年-2011年的恶性肿瘤资料，分析恶性肿瘤发病率及性别、年龄分布。采用世界标准人口标化发病率。结果：2002年-2011年静安寺社区恶性肿瘤发病率未呈逐年增高趋势。2003年、2006年、2007年、2008年男性恶性肿瘤发病率显著高于女性（P ﹤0.05）。恶性肿瘤主要发生于40岁以上居民。在60岁以下居民中，女性恶性肿瘤发病率高于男性（P ﹤0.05）。在70岁及以上居民中，男性恶性肿瘤发病率高于女性（P ﹤0.01）。恶性肿瘤集中于呼吸、消化系统。其中，肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌及肝癌在40岁以下居民中散发，但在40岁及以上居民中发病率上升。前列腺癌主要发生于60岁以上男性。乳腺癌主要发生于30岁以上女性。结论：上海市静安寺社区近10年的恶性肿瘤发病趋势稳定。肿瘤发病具有性别、年龄分布特征，并集中于呼吸、消化系统。乳腺癌为女性首位高发肿瘤。
