FOXP3在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要

目的：研究 FOXP3在不同程度宫颈病变组织中的表达水平，探讨其在宫颈癌发生、发展过程中发挥的作用。方法：对不同程度宫颈病变组织采用免疫组化法检测 FOXP3蛋白的表达情况，分析 FOXP3在宫颈癌组织中的表达差异与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果：FOXP3在宫颈癌组织中表达率明显高于宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及慢性宫颈炎组，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。FOXP3在宫颈癌组织中存在的表达差异与肿瘤细胞的分化程度及临床分期呈明显负相关，与淋巴结转移情况无明显的相关性。结论：FOXP3蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达明显增加，提示 FOXP3表达增加促使宫颈癌细胞发生肿瘤逃逸、对促进宫颈癌的形成发挥重要作用。%Objective:To identify the exPression of FOXP3 in chronic cervicitis,cervical intraePithelial neoPlasia (CIN)and cervical cancer and significance. Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the exPres-sion of FOXP3 Protein in cervical cancer,cervical intraePithelial neoPlasia and chronic cervicitis tissues. Results:FOXP3 was strongly exPressed in cervical cancer,obviously higher than the CIN and cervicitis grouP(P ﹤ 0. 05). The intensity of FOXP3 exPression was negatively associated with clinical stage and differentiation degree,but not related with lymPh node metastasis. Conclusion:FOXP3 is highly exPressed in cervical cancer tissue,indicating that FOXP3 may Play an imPortant role in tumor escaPe,resulting the angiogenesis of tumor.
