乳腺癌微淋巴管密度、P-cadherin与淋巴转移的关系

         

摘要

Objective:To exPlore the relationshiP between MLVD and P - cadherin with lymPhatic metastasis in invasive breast carcinoma. Methods:All 40 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma were double immunostained for P -cadherin and D2 - 40,the MLVD was counted and was relatived to P - cadherin,ER,PR,C - erbB - 2 and lymPhatic metastasis. P - cadherin exPression inside and outside lymPhatic vessel was tested as well. Results:The MLVD was significantly higher in lymPhatic metastasis grouP(P = 0. 004),lymPhatic vessels mostly existed in ParaneoPlastic stroma. In P - cadherin Positive grouP,the carcinoma cells inside lymPhatic vessels were mostly negative. Conclusion:eigher MLVD and higher lymPhatic metastasis rate,MLVD PerhaPs acts as an imPortant indicator of lymPhatic metas-tasis. Carcinoma cells become more invasive after losing exPression of P - cadherin.%目的:探讨乳腺癌中微淋巴管密度(microlymPhatic vessel density,MLVD)、P - cadherin(P - cad)与淋巴转移的关系。方法:对40例浸润性导管癌进行 P - cad 和 D2-40双重染色,计数浸润性乳腺癌中的淋巴管密度,与 P - cad、ER、PR、C - erbB -2和淋巴转移的关系,并观察 P - cad 在淋巴管内外癌细胞中表达的特点。结果:淋巴转移组中 MLVD 显著增高(P =0.004),淋巴管在癌组织中分布不均,主要位于间质中。P - cad 阳性表达组中,侵入淋巴管内的癌细胞多阴性表达。结论:MLVD 越大,淋巴转移率越高,淋巴管密度可以作为预测淋巴转移的重要指标之一。失去 P - cad 表达的癌细胞可能更具侵袭和淋巴转移的能力。
