FoxM1在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要

FoxM1（Forkhead box Protein M1）是一种转录因子蛋白质，具有调节细胞周期等重要作用。FoxM1与恶性肿瘤尤其是消化道肿瘤的发生、发展和转移密切相关。本文介绍 FoxM1的结构和功能以及在肿瘤中的作用，重点综述 FoxM1在消化系统肿瘤的表达及其临床意义，并展望 FoxM1在消化系统肿瘤中的应用前景。%FoxM1 is a transcriPtion factor Protein which Plays an imPortant role of regulation of the cell cycle. There-fore,FoxM1 is closely related to cancer Pathogenesis,develoPment and metastasis. This review aims to recommend the characteristics and functions of FoxM1 and its roles in tumor develoPment. FoxM1 exPression and clinical significance in digestive system tumors was reviewed mainly. Finally,the aPPlication ProsPect of FoxM1 in digestive system tumors was viewed.
