Salvage treatment is a therapeutic regimen for patients with refractory or recurrent cancers.Everolimus,cr-izotinib,panitumumab and apatinib showed improved survival benefits in heavily pretreated patients with solid canc-ers.Study of molecular targets will provide a new hope for patients who are treated with salvage treatment.%肿瘤解救治疗指初始治疗抵抗或复发肿瘤的治疗。依维莫司、克唑替尼、帕尼单抗和阿帕替尼等为不同实体瘤的解救治疗提供了新选择。肿瘤新治疗靶标的研究将为解救治疗带来新希望。
