真空垫和热塑体网在放疗精确摆位中的临床比较

摘要

目的：比较真空垫和热塑体网两种定位技术的复位通过率，讨论两种定位技术的特点和适应性。方法：各组选择20例病人，在疗程中期和定位时的中心点层面 CT 图像上，比较两组病人的中心点在 z 方向（头脚方向）的误差Δz 和 y 方向（前后方向）的误差Δy，以同时满足Δz≤5mm 和Δy≤3mm 为复位通过，统计两种定位方式的复位总通过率。以体质指数（BMI）是否大于25为界，统计两种定位方式的复位通过率。结果：真空垫组和热塑体网组的总通过率分别为60％和80％，BMI ＜25和 BMI≥25的真空垫组复位通过率为40％和20％，热塑体网组为80％和0。结论：热塑体网定位技术更适用于体型适中，放疗方案趋向于根治性放疗的病人。真空垫定位技术适用于体型较胖，布野方案为单野或者其他简单布野方式的病人。%Objective:Comparing the throughput rates in two immobilization techniques between the vacuum mold (VM)and the thermoplastic model(TM),analysed the characteristics of the two techniques.Methods:The difference of Δz and Δy in the central -point -images were measured during the period of treatment,counting the throughput rates(TR)that the Δz≤5mm and Δy≤3mm for 10 VMs and 10 TMs,then counting the TR of BMI≥25 and BMI <25 for each technique.Results:The TR for VM and TM was 60% and 80%,it was 40% of VM for BMI <25 and 20% for BMI≥25.80% and 0 of TM.Conclusion:The TMwas more suitable for the weight -normal patient who need radical treatment,and the VMwas more suitable for overweight patient whose radiation treatment planning was simple.
