高海拔地区慢性淋巴细胞白血病免疫表型特征分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the immunophenotyping characteristic of chronic lymphoid leukemia(CLL)in high altitude area china.Methods:Three color flow cytometry was employed to analyze 26 cases of CLL in high alti-tude area based on the CD45 /SSC gating.Results:Among these CLL cases of CLL,the positive rates of CD5,CD19, CD22,CD20,CD23,HLA -DR,CD11c,CD10,Kappa light chain,Lambda light chain were 96.2%,92.3%,96.2%, 96.2%,88.5%,92.3%,57.7%,15.4%,100%,100%.Whereas,the expression of CD34,CD38,FMC7,as well as T cell -related antigens(CD3,CD4,CD8),were not detected.Conclusion:Compared with thetypical immunopheno-typing characteristic of CLL,high positive rate of CD22,accompanying expression of CD11c and CD10,and the double positive expression of Kappa and lambda light chain may be an important immune phenotype of CLL in high altitude area.This study canprovide basement for high altitude area CLL in the immunophenotyping analysis and the differenti-al diagnosis of analysis.%目的：分析高海拔地区慢性淋巴细胞白血病（chronic lymphoid leukemia，CLL）免疫表型特点。方法：采用 CD45／SSC 双参数设门，应用三色流式细胞术对高原地区26例 CLL 患者进行免疫分型。结果：26例患者中 CD5、CD19、CD22、CD20、CD23、HLA －DR、CD11c、CD10、κ轻链、λ轻链的阳性率分别是96．2％、92．3％、96．2％、96．2％、88．5％、92．3％、57．7％、15．4％、100％、100％，而 CD34、CD38、FMC7以及 T 细胞相关抗原CD3、CD4、CD8检测呈阴性。结论：与典型的 CLL 免疫表型特征相比，CD22高阳性率，CD11c 和 CD10的伴随表达，以及κ轻链和λ轻链同时双阳性表达有可能是高海拔地区 CLL 的重要免疫表型特征。本研究可为高海拔地区 CLL 免疫表型分析提供参考和鉴别诊断依据。
