内镜窄带成像技术对Barrett食管诊断的价值

摘要

目的：探讨内镜窄带成像技术（ NBI）对Barrett食管（ BE）的早期诊断价值。方法：选取胃镜下检查怀疑Barrett食管的126例患者纳入研究，随机分成两组，每组63例，分别在普通模式及NBI技术下取病理活检。对所观察的鳞状上皮交界处病变轮廓、Barrett食管黏膜的腺管开口及毛细血管结构形态图像进行评分，并对比两种内镜模式下诊断与病理诊断的诊断率。结果：NBI较普通内镜图像更清晰，诊断率明显提高，两组对比，存在明显差异（ P﹤0.01）。结论：NBI作为内镜一种新的检查系统，具有对病变轮廓显示清晰，操作简单的特点，对Barrett食管具有积极的诊断价值。%Objective:To study the value of narrow-band imaging( NBI)on Barrett esophagus( BE)early diag-nosis. Conclusion:NBI as a new endoscopic inspection sys-tem,can show clearly,and simple,in the diagnosis of Barrett esophagus was usefule.
