胃癌患者血清炎性因子水平的检验分析

摘要

目的：探讨胃癌患者血清炎性因子的表达水平检测在其临床诊治中的意义。方法：选取92例胃癌患者为观察组，并选择同期105例发生胃良性病变的患者作为良性病变对照组，同期76例急性胃炎和胃溃疡合并作为急性炎症对照组，对三组患者的肿瘤坏死因子-α（ TNF-α）、中期因子（ MK）、白细胞介素（ IL）-6、白细胞介素（ IL）-8和C-反应蛋白（ CRP）表达水平进行检测，比较上述血清炎性因子在三组中的表达情况。结果：胃癌患者TNF-α、MK、IL -6、IL -8、CRP 等血清炎性因子水平分别为（15.7±2.1）ng·L-1、（616.5±254.6）pg·ml-1、（12.6±2.4）ng·L-1、（234.3±31.4）ng·L-1、（12.3±2.6）mg·L-1，与胃良性病变组和急性炎症对照组比较，均明显增高，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。胃良性病变组上述血清炎性因子水平和急性炎症对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。TNF-α、MK、IL-6、IL-8、CRP等血清炎性因子在胃癌组III期-IV期和发生淋巴结转移患者的表达水平，分别与I期-II期和无淋巴结转移患者相比显著增高，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：TNF-α、MK、IL-6、IL-8、CRP等血清炎性因子与胃癌的发生和进展具有一定的相关性，有进一步扩大研究的价值。%Objective:To investigate serum inflammatory factors in patients with gastric cancer expression levels. Methods:Selected 92 cases of gastric cancer patients as observation group,same period 105 healthy subjects and 76 patients with benign gastric lesions as a control group. For three groups patients were detected for tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),midKine(MK),interleuKin(IL)-6,interleuKin(IL)-8 and C- reactive protein(CRP)expres-sion levels. Results:The patients with gastric cancer,TNF - α,MK ,IL -6 ,IL -8 ,CRP and other inflammatory cytoKines serum levels were(15. 7 ± 2. 1)ng·L-1 ,(616. 5 ± 254. 6)pg·ml-1 ,(12. 6 ± 2. 4)ng·L-1 ,(234. 3 ±31. 4)ng·L-1 ,(12. 3 ± 2. 6)mg·L-1 ,compared with benign lesions of the stomach and the healthy group were sig-nificantly higher(P﹤0. 05). For benign gastric lesions above serum marKers levels of inflammatory factors and health groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0. 05). TNF-α,MK,IL-6,IL-8,CRP and other inflam-matory cytoKines in the serum of gastric cancer phase III -IV group of lymph node metastasis was significantly higher compared to the expression levels of patients with stage I-II and without lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:TNF-α,MK,IL-6,IL-8,CRP and other inflammatory factors in serum were correlated with gastric cancer.
