Axin在结肠癌中的表达及其临床病理学意义

摘要

目的：探讨Axin在结肠癌中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP法检测30例结肠正常黏膜组织及150例结肠癌组织中Axin蛋白的表达。结果：Axin在结肠癌中的阳性表达（46%）低于结肠正常黏膜组织的表达（83.3%），二者差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。Axin的表达与肿瘤的组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移正相关（ P﹤0.05）。结论：Axin可作为结肠癌诊断的实验室指标，对结肠癌的诊断和预后评价有重要的参考价值。%Objective:To detect the expression of Axin in colon cancer and to explore its clinical significance. Methods:The expression of Axin was detected in 150 cases of colon cancer and 30 cases of normal mucosal tissue by immunohistochemical methods. Results:Significantly lower Axin expression was found in colon adenocarcinoma (46%)than in normal tissue of colon(83. 3%),there was a statistically significant difference(P﹤0. 05). The ex-pression of Axin was positively correlated with histological grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Axin can be regarded as a marKer for diagnosis of colon cancer,and can be used for judging the prognosis of colon cancer.
