microRNA －143在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床病理意义

摘要

Objective:To investigate the expression of microRNA -143 in lung cancer and tissues adjacent to car-cinoma and normal tissues,and to assess its possible clinical value.Methods:Real -time PCR was used to analyze the expression of microRNA -143,and the correlations of microRNA -143 expression to the clinicopathological fea-tures were analyzed.Results:The expression of microRNA -143 in lung cancer was much lower than in the adjacent normal tissues(P <0.05),the expression of microRNA -143 was not associated with the patients'gender,age,histo-logical differentiation and lymph node status(P >0.05).Conclusion:microRNA -143 expression is down -regulated in lung cancer tissues and it prompts that microRNA -143 gene may play an important role in the progress of lung cancer.%目的：检测肺癌组织及其癌旁组织和正常肺组织中 microRNA －143的表达差异，并探讨其可能存在的临床意义。方法：采用 Real －time PCR 检测来比较人的肺癌组织与相应癌旁组织及正常肺组织中 microR-NA －143的表达差异，比较 microRNA －143基因的表达与患者病理参数的关系。结果：microRNA －143在肺癌组织中的表达低于对应的癌旁组织和正常肺组织（P ＜0．05），microRNA －143的表达程度与患者的性别、年龄、肺癌的病理分型及有无淋巴结转移无关（P ＞0．05）。结论：microRNA －143在肺癌组织中的表达下调，提示 microRNA －143基因表达下调可能在肺癌的发生发展中起作用。
