认知行为心理治疗对肺癌患者情绪及免疫状态的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the new cognitive behavioral therapy mode for non -small -cell lung cancer pa-tients.Methods:We identified 60 patients with non small cell lung cancer.30 received regular treatment while the other 30 got extra cognitive behavioral therapy.All the patients were tested with self -rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and IL -2,IL -12 and IL -10 in blood.Results:SAS and SDS scores were more decreased in psychotherapeutic treatment group than in regular group (P <0.05;P <0.05).Furthermore,we also found that in the psychotherapeutic treatment group IL -12 in blood getting more which means better immune function (P <0.05),IL -10 in blood decreased than in regular group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The new cognitive behavioral therapy mode which gets the family member's participating has good immune and emotion function in non -small -cell lung cancer patients.%目的：分析认知行为心理治疗对晚期肺癌患者情绪及免疫状态的影响。方法：收治非小细胞肺癌患者随机分配至常规治疗组及心理干预治疗组各30例，对照组给予常规医疗，干预组在常规医疗同时给予心理干预治疗，干预方法主要采用合理情绪疗法。两组患者治疗前后均填写焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS），同时于治疗前后分别检测外周血细胞因子 IL －12、IL －2以及 IL －10，分析心理干预对患者情绪及免疫功能的影响。结果：两组中均有部分患者在治疗前存在抑郁及焦虑症状，两组抑郁及焦虑评分在治疗前无显著差异。干预组患者经认知行为心理干预后，SAS 评分较治疗前及对照组明显下降（P ＜0．05）、SDS 评分较治疗前及对照组明显下降（P ＜0．05）；同时，外周血细胞因子检测显示，IL －12较普通治疗组明显升高，较治疗前明显升高（P ＜0．05），IL －10下降幅度显著高于普通治疗组（P ＜0．05），说明积极心理干预对患者的情绪和免疫状态可以产生积极影响。结论：认知行为心理干预对肺癌患者的诊疗可以起到积极的辅助作用，有利于改善患者的情绪状态和免疫功能。
