Rap1 b在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of Rap1b in non-small cell lung carcino-ma(NSCLC). Methods:Expression of Rap1b was detected by immunohistochemistry in 65 patients with NSCLC com-pared with noncancerous tissues. The relationship between its expression and clinical features were analyzed. Results:The positive expression rate of Rap1b in NSCLC was 72. 3%,which was significantly higher than that of noncancerous tissue(23. 1%). And it was significantly related to histological differentiation. Conclusion:Rap1b highly expressed in NSCLC implicated it might play an oncogene role in the NSCLC development.%目的：探讨Rap1b在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组化法检测65例非小细胞肺癌组织和52例癌旁组织中Rap1b的表达，分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果：Rap1b在65例非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达率为72.3％，明显高于癌旁组织23.1％（P<0.05）。与肿瘤分化程度明显相关（ P<0.05）。结论：Rap1b在非小细胞肺癌中高表达，提示其可能发挥癌基因的功能。
