伽玛刀联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗原发性肝癌疗效的Meta分析

摘要

Objective:To estimate the efficacy and safety of body gamma knife( GK)combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization( TACE)in comparison with TACE alone in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carci-noma( PHC). Methods:We searched the Cochrance Library,PubMed,Embase,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang( from 2005 to 2012)for relevant studies. Two reviewers independently retrieved clinical controlled trials according to the in-clusion and exclusion criteria,assessed the methodological quality of included trials,and extracted data. Meta-analy-sis was performed by RevMen 5. 1 software. Results:Eight studies involving 685 patients were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that gamma knife combined with TCAE,compared with TACE alone,could significantly im-proved survival(P<0. 01),while there was no significant difference in side effect(P>0. 05). Conclusion:The effect with body gamma knife plus TACE was better than with TACE alone in the treatment of PHC.%目的：评价伽玛刀联合肝动脉栓塞化疗（ TACE ）与单纯TACE治疗肝癌的远期疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索国内外相关数据库，由两名评价者纳入国内外公开发表的有关伽玛刀联合TACE治疗肝癌与单纯TACE治疗肝癌的临床随机对照试验。采用Meta分析方法，在RevMan5.1软件中统计分析相应指标。结果：纳入8项独立的临床随机对照试验研究共685名患者，Meta分析结果显示：伽玛刀联合TACE组的1、2年生存率与单纯TACE组相比有统计学差异（ P<0.01）。结论：伽玛刀联合TACE治疗肝癌的远期疗效优于单纯TACE治疗。
