microRNA和食管癌关系的研究进展

摘要

microRNA是一类非蛋白编码的微小RNA分子，在人类多种生理和病理过程中起着重要的调节作用。越来越多的证据表明，miRNA和食管癌关系十分密切。本文就miRNA在食管癌中的表达、对食管癌生物学特性的影响和对食管癌治疗、预后的价值及研究进展等方面作一综述。%microRNA is a grouP of non-Protein coding small RNA molecules. It Plays imPortant regulatory roles in variety of Physiological and Pathological Processes in human being. More and more evidences indicated that,the rela-tionshiP between miRNA and esoPhageal cancer was inseParable. In this article,miRNA exPression in esoPhageal cancer,the imPact on the biological characteristics of esoPhageal cancer,treatment,Prognosis value and advance for e-soPhageal cancer were reviewed.
