人参多糖联合同步放疗治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效和不良反应

摘要

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions between pure radiation therapy and Ginseng polysaccharide combined with radiation therapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Methods:All 144 na-sopharyngeal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into radiation therapy group and Ginseng polysaccharide com-bination with radiation therapy group. Radiation therapy group was only treated with radiation therapy. The other group was treated with Ginseng polysaccharide and radiation therapy. Results:Ginseng polysaccharide combination with ra-diation therapy is superior to radiation therapy in the improvement of therapeutic effect(p﹤0. 05). Moreover,the number of hematology indexes including white blood cell,red blood cell,hemoglobin and CD4+ /CD8+ in Ginseng polysaccharide combination with radiation therapy group were much more than them in radiation therapy group( p﹤0. 05). The incidence of toxic effect in Ginseng polysaccharide combination with radiation therapy group was less than them in radiation therapy group(p﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Ginseng polysaccharide combination with radiation thera-py could significantly improve the clinic effects ,hematology indexes and toxic effect in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.%目的：探讨人参多糖联合放射治疗对鼻咽癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：将144例鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组：治疗组，在常规放射治疗基础上联合人参多糖治疗；对照组，单纯接受常规放射治疗。治疗结束后，比较两组患者的临床疗效、血液学指标及不良反应等方面的差异。结果：在常规放射治疗基础上联合人参多糖治疗能够显著提高鼻咽癌患者的临床有效率，与单纯放射治疗相比具有统计学差异（ p﹤0.05）。联合治疗组患者的血液学指标如白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、CD4＋/CD8＋等显著高于单纯放射治疗组，具有统计学差异（ p﹤0.05）。联合治疗组患者治疗后的不良反应明显低于单纯放射治疗组，具有统计学差异（ p﹤0.05）。结论：人参多糖联合放射治疗能够有效的提高鼻咽癌患者的临床疗效、保护血液系统，并且降低放疗引起的不良反应。
