CT强化与MR显像检测骨转移瘤的对比分析

         

摘要

Objective:To compare effects of enhanced CT and MR imaging in the detection of bone metastases. Methods:Selected 110 cancer patients from May 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital,they were all given enhanced CT and MR imaging examination,the pathological findings as the gold standard. Results:The number of bone metasta-ses lesions detected by MR were significantly higher than enhanced CT examination(p﹤0. 05). The ADC values of spine and lower extremity lesions were significantly higher than in adjacent normal bone(p﹤0. 05). The sensitivity of CT diagnosis of bone metastases was 71. 7%,the specificity was 66. 7%;while the sensitivity of MR diagnosis of bone metastases was 86. 9%,the specificity was 66. 7%. Conclusion:Compared with CT enhancement,MR imaging allows early diagnosis of bone metastases,and combined with quantitative measure ADC values can help diagnosis of disease.%目的:探讨CT强化与MR显像检测骨转移瘤的效果。方法:选择2009年5月至2013年1月在我院就诊的恶性肿瘤患者110例,都进行骨骼部位的CT强化与MR显像检查,以病理结果为金标准判断诊断效果。结果:MR检查的骨转移瘤病灶数目明显高于CT强化检查( p﹤0.05)。脊柱与下肢带骨病变区的ADC值都明显高于邻近正常骨质,差异具有统计学意义( p﹤0.05)。CT诊断骨转移瘤的敏感度为71.7%,特异度为66.7%;而MR诊断骨转移瘤的敏感度为86.9%,特异度为66.7%。结论:相对于CT强化,MR显像可以早期诊断骨转移瘤,而结合ADC值定量测量,有利于病变的诊断。
