蛋白质组学在原发性肝癌中的研究进展

摘要

近年来，蛋白质组学作为一门新兴学科，越来越受到研究者的普遍关注。随着蛋白质组学技术日趋成熟，这种探索蛋白质结构和功能的科研方法深入到了各个疾病领域。原发性肝癌是一种以高死亡率为特征的常见癌症，运用蛋白质组学技术，可以充分了解疾病的发生、发展机制，并在寻找诊断标记物和药物靶向治疗方面产生价值。如今，世界各地的研究人员正在运用不同的蛋白质组学技术对原发性肝癌进行深入研究，并取得了相应进展。%As a new subject,proteomics has drawn a great attention of researchers after the accomplishment of Hu-man Genome Project in recent years. Due to the development of proteomics technology,this research method which is discovering the structure and function of proteins has been used in the field of many diseases. Hepatocellular carcino-ma(HCC)is a cancer characterized by high mortality. By using proteomics technology,researchers will explore the development mechanism of HCC. Besides that,it can also make contributions to finding diagnostic biomarkers and tar-geted drugs. Presently,researchers from all over the world are doing deep researches on HCC with different proteomic technology,and they are making remarkable progress.
