EGFL7蛋白和上皮性钙黏附蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及临床意义

Objective:To discuss the expressions of EGFL7 protein and E - cadherin protein in urothelium carci-noma of the bladder and the significance. Methods:We evaluated 63 urothelium carcinoma of the bladder and 10 con-trols and examined the presence of EGFL7 protein and E - cadherin protein by immunohistochemistry. Results:The positive expression of EGFL7 protein was founded 63%(40 / 63,P ﹤ 0. 05)in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder and the positive expression of E - cadherin protein was 40%(25 / 63,P ﹤ 0. 05). Both EGFL7 protein and E - cadher-in protein positive expression in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder and nomal bladder tissue had significant differ-ence(P ﹤ 0. 05). The expression of EGFL7 and E - cadherin in tumor cells closely correlated with different patholog-ical grade and clinical stage(P ﹤ 0. 05). The expression of EGFL7 protein and E - cadherin protein in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder were negatively correlated. Conclusion:The expression of EGFL7 protein and E - cadherin protein are significantly associated with tumor progression in urothelium carcinoma of the bladder. Both of them can be the predictors of the biological behavior and trend of metastasis in urothelium carcinoma of bladder.%目的：探讨 EGFL7蛋白及上皮性钙黏附蛋白（E - cadherin）在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达和临床意义。方法：应用免疫组化 SP 法检测63例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织及10例正常人膀胱组织中 EGFL7蛋白及 E -cadherin 蛋白的表达。结果：63例膀胱尿路上皮癌中40例 EGFL7蛋白表达阳性，阳性率为63％；E - cadherin蛋白25例阳性表达，阳性率为40％。膀胱尿路上皮癌和正常膀胱组织中 EGFL7蛋白、E - cadherin 蛋白的表达均有显著性差异（P ﹤0.05）。EGFL7蛋白和 E - cadherin 蛋白的表达在膀胱尿路上皮癌不同肿瘤组织学分级、临床分期组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。EGFL7蛋白和 E - cadherin 蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌中表达呈负相关。结论：膀胱尿路上皮癌中 EGFL7蛋白及 E - cadherin 蛋白的表达与肿瘤的进展密切相关，是判断其生物学行为，预测转移趋势极具价值的指标。
