卵巢上皮性癌中 Notch -1和 Jagged -1的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective:To detect the expression of Notch - 1 and Jagged - 1 in epithelial ovarian tumor and the effect of the two genes in the process of EOC formation,development,invasion and metastasis. Methods:Immunohisto-chemistry(IHC)method was used to examine the expression of Notch - 1 and Jagged - 1 genes in 75 cases of EOC and 54 cases of benign epithelial tumors,to evaluate the relationship between the protein expression and clinical and pathologic characteristics. Results:The positive expression of Notch - 1 and Jagged - 1 in EOC was higher than them in benign epithelial tumors and the difference was highly significant(P ﹤ 0. 01). The expression of Notch - 1 and Jag-ged - 1 in EOC may be related with the tumor differentiation,the positive expression of them in Moderate and poor was higher than them in well(P ﹤ 0. 05). The difference of Notch - 1 and Jagged - 1 in clinical stage and lymph node status was not significant( P ﹥ 0 . 05 ). The expression of the two genes was positively correlated(r = 0. 295,P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Notch - 1 and Jagged - 1 may be related with the oncogenesis,prognosis of EOC. They may play the synergetic effect in the process of EOC oncogenesis.%目的：检测 Notch -1和 Jagged -1基因蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达，探讨二者在卵巢上皮性癌发生、发展、浸润、转移中的作用。方法：应用免疫组织化学（immunohistochemistry，IHC）方法检测75例卵巢上皮性癌和54例良性上皮性肿瘤中 Notch -1和 Jagged -1基因的蛋白表达情况，并分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果：Notch -1和 Jagged -1在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达明显高于良性上皮性肿瘤组织（P﹤0.01）。Notch -1和 Jagged -1在卵巢上皮性癌中表达与组织分化程度有关，中低分化组的表达明显高于高分化组（P ﹤0.05）。临床分期及有无淋巴结转移组中，二者的蛋白表达无明显差异（ P ﹥0.05）。在卵巢上皮性癌中两种蛋白表达呈明显正相关（r =0.295，P ﹤0.05）。结论：Notch -1和 Jagged -1可能与卵巢上皮性癌的发生及癌细胞的分化有关，且二者在其发生、发展过程中可能起协同作用。
