肿瘤转移理论

摘要

The onset of metastasis is a critical event in the natural history of cancer. Several theories have been pro-posed″seed and soil″ hypothesis,metastasis cascade,cancer stem cells,host″climate″,tumor microenvironment,au-tophagy,circulating tumor cells,self -seeding,cell entanglement and cell extrusion. These theories are helping re-searchers stop the spread of cancer by understanding cancer metastasis behaviors.%转移是肿瘤自然病程中的关键事件。从较早的“种子-土壤”学说和“转移瀑布”学说，经过肿瘤干细胞（ cancer stem cells，CSCs）、遗传特质、微环境、自噬和循环肿瘤细胞（ circulating tumor cells，CTC）理论，直至最近的自我种植、细胞纠缠和细胞挤出假说，肿瘤转移理论从不同层次理解肿瘤的转移行为，为抗肿瘤转移提供了新的策略。
