原发性肝癌放疗联合其他治疗的新进展

摘要

原发性肝癌（ primary hepatocellular carcinoma，PHC）是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，预后较差，多数患者就诊时已丧失手术机会。对于中晚期肝癌，目前采用放疗结合其他疗法，如放疗联合分子靶向药物治疗、放疗联合基因治疗和放疗联合中成药治疗等综合治疗手段使原发性肝癌的临床疗效有了一定的提高。%Primary hepatocellular carcinoma( PHC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in China with poor prognosis. Many patients have lost the operation chance. At present,the treatment of radiation combination therapy im-prove the clinical effect of advanced hepatocellular carcinom. The combination therapy,including radiotherapy com-bined molecular targeted therapy,gene therapy and proprietary Chinese medicine therapy,etc.
