新藤黄酸抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘要

The anti-tumor effects of gambogic acid( GNA)has a wide and deep research. However,the anti-tumor effects of neogambogic acid( NGA,another important component of gamboge)still needs further exploration. The anti-tumor effects of NGA has reached a preliminary consensus in academia currently. This article focuses on the latest de-velopments of research to discuss NGA in the treatment of various types of cancers,introduce its formulation and phar-macokinetic studies and its mechanism of action in the treatment briefly.%藤黄酸（ gambogic acid，GNA）的抗肿瘤作用已经有较为广泛而深入的研究，然而对藤黄的另一重要成分新藤黄酸（ neogambogic acid，NGA）的抗肿瘤作用仍有待进一步探索。目前NGA的抗肿瘤作用已初步在学界达成共识，本文将着重讨新藤黄酸在各类肿瘤治疗研究中的最新进展，介绍其剂型和药物代谢动力学研究，并对其在治疗中的作用机制进行简单阐述。
