棒球式缝合在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤核除术中的应用效果

摘要

目的：探讨棒球式缝合在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤核除术中的应用效果及优势评价。方法：回顾性分析2013年至2015年，因子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤核除术的患者，分为实验组（棒球式缝合组）45例，对照组（单纯连续缝合组）50例，对比分析两种方式缝合方法的患者临床资料，包括人口统计学资料、手术相关指标及术后相关指标，进行统计学分析。结果：术中情况，在手术时间方面，实验组短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05），在术中出血量方面，实验组少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；术后情况，在术后引流量方面，实验组少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05），拔除引流管时间，实验组短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05），在术后排气时间方面，实验组短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：腹腔镜子宫肌瘤核除术患者，充分评估子宫肌瘤大小及与子宫肌壁的关系，对于子宫肌瘤核除后，符合棒球式缝合条件的患者，应用棒球式缝合可能效果更好。%Objective:To discuss the effect and advantage of baseball type suturein the laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods:Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy from 2013 -2015. The experimental group contained 45 patients with baseball type suture,and the control group included 50 pa-tients with simple continuous suture. Results:The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than the control group(P < 0. 05). The amount of postoperative drainage in the experimental group was less than the control group(P < 0. 05). Time for drainage tube removal in the experimental group was less than the control group(P < 0. 05). Postoperative exhaust time,the baseball type suture was less than the simple continuous suture(P< 0. 05). Conclusion:For the patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,assessing the size of myoma and rela-tionship between myoma with the uterine wall. For patients eligible for baseball type suture,application of baseball type suture may have more advantages.
