VEGF 信号通路及结直肠癌抗 VEGF/VEGFR 靶向治疗

摘要

Chemotherapy combined with molecularly targeted therapy has become a main direction of treatment for Metastatic colorectal cancer.VEGF signal pathway plays an important role in the process of tumor growth and tumor angiogenesis.We will make a review of VEGF signal pathway and anti -VEGF /VEGFR targeted drugs.%化疗联合靶向药物是晚期结直肠癌的主要治疗手段。VEGF 信号通路在结直肠癌发生发展中地位特殊，且针对 VEGF 信号通路的靶向药物临床应用广泛、疗效好。本文就 VEGF 信号通路及结直肠癌抗VEGF ／VEGFR 靶向药物作一综述。
