miRNA-29c在鼻咽癌患者中的表达水平及其临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨 miRNA -29c 在鼻咽癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法：选取50例鼻咽癌患者及50例健康对照组，检测血清中 miRNA -29c 的表达量并分析其与临床病理资料及复发转移的相关性。结果：与健康人对比，鼻咽癌患者血清中 miRNA -29c 的表达量更低（P <0.05）。淋巴结转移的病例表达量明显降低，IV 期病例较 II - III 期病例表达量降低，EB 病毒阳性患者较阴性表达量降低（P <0.05）。与高分化鳞癌相比，低分化和中分化鳞癌组织中 miRNA -29c 的表达水平均明显下降（P <0.05）。2年内复发转移患者的miRNA -29c 表达量更低（P <0.05）。结论：miRNA -29c 低表达可能与鼻咽癌的发生、发展、侵袭转移相关。%Objective:To research the expression of miR - 29c in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and itˊs clinical sig-nificance. Methods:The expression levels of miRNA - 29c were detected by using Quantitative RT - PCR in 50 pa-tients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 50 cases of healthy controls. The relationgship between the expression of miRNA - 29c and clinical pathologic data of patients was analyzed. Results:Expression of miRNA - 29c was down -regulated in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma as compared with that of control group(P < 0. 05). The expres-sion of miRNA - 29c was associated with lymphatic metastasis,differentiation,TNM stages and infection of EB virus (P < 0. 05). Expression of miRNA - 29c was down - regulated in patients with recurrence and metastasis. Conclu-sion:The down - regulated expression of miRNA - 29c may be associated with the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
