CTA联合肿瘤标志物检测在胰腺癌诊断中的价值

摘要

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of CTA combined with CA19 - 9,CA125 and CEA in pa-tients with pancreatic cancer. Methods:All 43 patients with pancreatic cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The lev-els of serum CA19 - 9,CA125 and CEA were detected. CTA were performed in all of the patients. Results:The diag-nostic accuracy of CTA was 62. 8% ,the positive rate of serum CA19 - 9,CA125 and CEA were 81. 4% ,32. 6% and 53. 5% respectively. CTA which could found masses combined one of the positive serum CA19 - 9,CA125 and CEA showed the highest diagnostic efficiency,and the diagnostic accuracy was 97. 7% . CTA combined with tumor markers were better than CTA(P < 0. 000),CA19 - 9(P < 0. 03),CA125(P < 0. 000)or CEA(P < 0. 000). Conclusion:The diagnostic efficacy of CA19 - 9 in pancreatic cancer was higher than that of CEA,CA125 and CTA. CTA com-bined with CA19 - 9,CA125 or CEA could significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of pancreatic cancer diagnosis.%目的：探讨 CTA 联合胰腺癌诊断常用肿瘤标志物 CA19-9、CA125、CEA 在胰腺癌诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析43例经病理证实并被诊断为胰腺癌的患者，所有患者均进行腹部 CTA、血清 CA19-9、CA125、CEA 多项检查，对检查结果进行分析。结果：CTA 诊断准确率约62.8%，血清 CA19-9、CA125及 CEA诊断阳性率分别为81.4%、32.6%、53.5%。CTA 联合 CA19-9、CA125及 CEA 三项时诊断效能最高，诊断准确率为97.7%。CTA 联合肿瘤标志物诊断效能优于单一 CTA（P <0.000）、CA19-9（P <0.03）、CA125（P <0.000）及 CEA（P <0.000）检查。结论：CA19-9在胰腺癌的诊断效能高于 CTA、CA125及 CEA。CTA 联合CA19-9、CA125及 CEA 三项可明显提高胰腺癌的诊断准确率。
