miRNA -451表达与甲状腺乳头状癌患者淋巴结转移、外侵的关系

Objective:To analyze the relationship between the microRNA - 451 expression and papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)metastasis and invasion. Methods:The clinical information and paraffin embedded tissue of 150 PTC patients were collected,and the expression of miR - 451 was detected by real - time PCR in RTC. Results:Com-pared to PTC patients without lymph node metastasis,the expression of miR - 451 with lymph node metastasis was sig-nificantly reduced(P < 0. 05). miR - 451 was significantly downregulated in PTC with the number of lymph node me-tastasis not less than 3,compared with the number of lymph node metastasis less than 3(P < 0. 05). The expression of miR - 451 in patients with invasion was significantly lower than that in patients without invasion(P < 0. 05). Con-clusion:The expression of miR - 451 is significantly downregulated in PTC with lymph node metastasis and with ex-ternal invasion. Maybe miR - 451 can serve as a potential biomarker for PTC with or without lymph node metastasis.%目的：检测 miRNA -451在甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma，PTC）中的表达及与有无淋巴结转移、外侵的关系。方法：收集150例 PTC 患者的临床资料及石蜡组织，用 miRNA 芯片技术分析比较miR -451在有无淋巴结转移间，转移淋巴结数≥3个与<3个间，癌组织有无外侵间的表达差异。结果：相对于无淋巴结转移，伴有淋巴结转移的 PTC 中 miR -451的表达显著降低（P <0.05）。在颈部转移淋巴结≥3个 PTC 中较<3个表达下调更显著（P <0.05）。相对于无外侵，miR -451在有外侵的 PTC 中的表达显著降低（P <0.05）。结论：miRNA -451在 PTC 中表达显著下调，在伴有淋巴结转移的 PTC 中下降更加显著，可能有助于诊断 PTC 及淋巴结转移情况。
