PLCE1基因与胃癌发生的相关性研究进展

摘要

Recently,PLCE1 was discovered as a new member of the family phosph -olipase C.It can be regulated by both GTP enzyme and G protein.Studies found PLCE1 must be reckoned with tumor occurrence and development,and now it has become an entry point for cancer research.Gastric cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer -related deaths.Studies about the association between PLCE1 genes and gastric cancer can not only elucidate the molecular Mechanism of gastric cancer,but also provide new breakthrough for gastric cancer screening and molecular biology treatment among high -risk groups.The pathogenesis of gastric cancer involving environmental and genetic factors, this article reviews on PLCE1 gene structure and function,as well as currently reported of PLCE1 polymorphisms and gastric cancer related literature.%PLCE1是新发现的磷脂酶 C 家族的成员之一，受 GTP 酶和 G 蛋白的双向调节，研究发现其对肿瘤的发生、发展有着不可忽视的作用，已经成为肿瘤研究的一个切入点。PLCE1基因与胃癌的相关性研究，不仅对于阐明 PLCE1在胃癌发生的分子机制有着重要意义，还将为胃癌高危人群的筛查及分子生物学治疗提供新的突破口。胃癌的发病机制涉及环境和遗传等多种因素，本文就 PLCE1基因结构与功能，以及目前报道的 PLCE1多态性与胃癌相关性文献作一综述。
