近红外染料在宫颈癌早期诊断中的应用

摘要

Objective:To investigate the value of near infrared fluorescent dyes in the early clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods:All 100 patients with cervical diseases in our hospital were selected from April 2013 to A-pril 2015.Retrospective analysis of the clinical pathologic data and early diagnosis results of all patients was per-formed.The gold standard was diagnosed by pathology.Comparative analysis of the near infrared fluorescent dye indo-cyanine green(ICG)and colposcopy both examination of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),cervical cancer and inflammation of the coincidence rate of detection was made.Results:Pathological examination confirmed that in all pa-tients,early cervical cancer was detected in 30 cases,include 4 cases of adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma 26 cases.CIN 20 cases,including CIN I grade 4 cases,II grade 7 cases,III grade 6 cases,in situ cancer 3 cases,and cervical inflammation 50 cases.The diagnostic accuracy of ICG in cervical neoplasia,CIN and cervicitis were 100%, 95% and 96%,which were higher than the results of vaginal vaginal examination,the comprehensive diagnostic accu-racy of the two were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Diagnosis of cervi-cal diseases by using near infrared dye fluorescence detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of early cervical neoplasia and precancerous lesions.It has good application prospect.%目的：探讨近红外荧光染料在宫颈癌早期临床诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2013年4月－2015年4月期间内收治的宫颈疾病患者100例，对其临床病理资料和早期诊断结果进行回顾性分析，以病理学诊断为金标准，对比分析近红外荧光染料吲哚菁绿（ICG）和阴道镜这两种检查方式对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）、宫颈癌及炎症的检测符合率。结果：经病理学检查证实，所有宫颈疾病患者中早期宫颈癌患者30例，其中腺癌4例、鳞状细胞癌26例，CIN 20例，其中 CIN I 级4例、CIN II 级7例、CIN III 级6例、原位癌3例，宫颈炎症50例；ICG 检查对早期宫颈瘤、CIN、宫颈炎症的诊断符合率分别为100％、95％、96％，均高于阴道镜。二者的综合诊断符合率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：应用近红外染料荧光学检测对宫颈疾病患者进行诊断，可以提高早期宫颈癌及癌前病变的诊断准确率，具有较好的应用前景。
