腹膜后副神经节瘤诊断与治疗（26例分析）

摘要

Objective:Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal paraganglioma.Methods:All 26 cases of retroperitoneal paraganglioma were collected and reported with clinical experience and literature review.Results:All 26 patients were undergoing operation of tumor excision,the postoperative pathology showed retroperitoneal para-ganglioma.Conclusion:Retroperitoneal paraganglioma is rare.The preoperative diagnosis is difficult,and the rate of misdiagnosis is high.Surgical resection might be the most effective treatment for retroperitoneal paragaanglioma.Suffi-cient preoperative preparation and perioperative management are the key of successful surgical treatment.%目的：探讨腹膜后副神经节瘤的诊治方案。方法：总结2006年1月－2014年5月西安交通大学第一附属医院肝胆外科收治的26例腹膜后副神经节瘤临床资料，复习国内外文献资料。结果：26例均行肿瘤完整切除手术，术后病理证实为腹膜后副神经节瘤。结论：腹膜后副神经节瘤临床较少见，缺乏特异性临床表现，术前明确诊断较困难，误诊率高。手术完全切除肿瘤是腹膜后副神经节瘤最有效的治疗方法，充分的术前准备和围手术期处理是手术成功的关键。
