甲状腺激素及其受体与乳腺癌的关系

摘要

Breast belongs to hormone dependent organs,so a variety of hormones have effects in the development of breast cancer.Many researches suggest that thyroid hormone is closely related to breast cancer,it can both control the growth and differentiation of the breast cell and influence the development of breast cancer through its estrogen -like effects.Besides,the abnormal expression of thyroid hormone receptors is also associated with breast cancer.%乳腺是激素依赖性器官，多种激素对其均有影响。许多研究表明，甲状腺激素与乳腺癌具有密切关系，它可以直接调控乳腺细胞的生长分化，也能通过类雌激素样作用影响乳腺癌的发生发展。而甲状腺激素受体的异常表达亦与乳腺癌发病相关。
