ATF4与RPL41在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要

目的:通过检测宫颈癌中ATF4与RPL41的表达情况,探讨其表达特点以及临床意义.方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测正常宫颈组织、CIN和宫颈癌组织中ATF4与RPL41的表达情况,并且分析两者与宫颈癌的关系及其意义.结果:ATF4、RPL41在宫颈癌与宫颈正常组织中阳性率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).ATF4蛋白的表达与宫颈癌临床分期、高危型HPV感染密切相关(P＜0.05).RPL41蛋白的表达与宫颈癌临床分期密切相关(P＜0.05).二者在宫颈癌组织中的表达有相关性(r=-0.254,P＜0.05).结论:ATF4与RPL41可能在宫颈癌的发生发展、局部侵袭中起着重要作用.%Objective:To explore the expression of ATF4 and RPL41 protein in cervical cancer and their significance.Methods:We examined the expression of ATF4 and RPL41 protein in normal cervix, CIN and cervical cancer,and their correlations with clinical pathological factors in cervical cancer using immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rate of ATF4 and RPL41 protein in normal cervix and cervical cancer have statically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The expression of ATF4 protein in cervical cancer was significantly correlated with clinical stage, high risk HPV infection (P ＜ 0.05).The expression of RPL41 protein in cervical cancer was significantly correlated with clinical stage (P ＜0.05).There was a significant correlation between the expression of ATF4 and RPL41 in cervical carcinoma.Conclusion:ATF4 and RPL41 may be highly associated with the occurrence, development and locally aggressive of cervical cancer, and ATF4 can provide new potential targets for clinical treatment of cervical cancer.
