神经胶质细胞在骨癌痛中的作用及相关中药止痛的研究进展

摘要

骨癌痛(cancer induced bone pain,CIBP)是由原发性或转移性骨肿瘤及抗癌治疗引起的疼痛,常为慢性疼痛,不仅给患者带来巨大的肉体伤害,还可使患者产生精神抑郁、焦虑等严重的消极情绪,影响患者生活质量,加重病情恶化.神经胶质细胞是中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)除神经元细胞外的另一大类细胞,近年来,越来越多的研究表明神经胶质细胞在癌痛的发生发展过程中占重要地位,一些中药及复方能作用于神经胶质细胞缓解骨癌痛,但目前缺乏比较系统的论述,本综述主要归纳总结近几年来神经胶质细胞在骨癌痛中的作用及相关中药研究进展.%Cancer induced bone pain(CIBP) is caused by bone cancer, cancer lesions and anticancer treatment,CIBP is often a chronic pain that causes great physical harm to the sufferers and negative emotions such as depression and anxiety to the patient.Glial cells are another type of cell in the central nervous system except for neurons.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that glial cells play an important role in the development of cancer,some traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate CIBP by effecting on glial cells to reduce the release of inflammatory factors.This review will mainly summarizes the possible mechanism of glial cells in CIBP and introduces related traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.
