Malignant tumor patients are often accompanied by hypercoagulability of the bolld system, peripheral blood platelet count is significantly increased, and there are a large number of studies have shown that platelet is closely related to tumor growth and metastasis, it can help tumor cells escape identification, destruction of the immune system, and help tumor cells survive, metastatic spread.The risk of thrombosis in patients with malignant tumor is higher than the normal people, which seriously affect the quality of life and shorten the lives of patients, thrombocytosis often indicates poor prognosis.Therefore, the clinical application of antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of malignant tumor,inhibition of tumor metastasis has promising prospects, thus we review the research progress of platelet and tumor relations as follows in this paper.%恶性肿瘤患者常伴随血液系统的高凝状态,外周血血小板计数明显增高,而且有大量研究表明血小板与肿瘤的生长、转移密切相关,它可以帮助肿瘤细胞逃脱免疫系统的识别、攻击杀伤,帮助肿瘤细胞存活、转移扩散.恶性肿瘤患者发生血栓的风险比正常人高,严重影响患者生活质量、缩短患者生命,血小板计数增高常常提示预后差.因此临床上应用抗血小板药物治疗恶性肿瘤、抑制肿瘤转移扩散前景广阔,本文就血小板与肿瘤关系的研究进展综述如下.
