Stathmin和PIN1在胃癌组织中的共表达及其临床意义

摘要

目的:探讨Stathmin和PIN1在胃癌和癌旁组织中的共表达情况及其与临床病理特征的相关性.方法:收集51例胃癌患者的临床资料.应用免疫组化技术检测患者胃癌和癌旁组织中Stathmin和PIN1蛋白的表达情况,分析其共表达情况及其与临床病理特征的相关性.结果:Stathmin和PIN1的表达与胃癌患者TNM分期、分化程度、浸润程度和淋巴转移密切相关(均P＜0.05),而与性别和年龄无关.Stathmin和PIN1表达的阳性率分别为74.5％和78.4％.经关联性检验,Stathmin和PIN1的表达关联性显著(P＜0.05).结论:Stathmin和PIN1在胃癌组织中共表达,并与胃癌的恶性生物学行为有关,可能是潜在的胃癌防治靶点.%Objective:To investigate the co-expression of Stathmin and PIN1 in gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues, and their correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods:The clinical information of 51 patients with gastric cancer was collected.Immunohistochemical technique was used as detect the expression of Stathmin and PIN1 protein in these 51 cases of gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues.The co-expression of Stathmin and PIN1 protein as well as its correlation with clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results:The expression of Stathmin and PIN1 was closely related to TNM stage, differentiation degree, infiltration degree and lymphatic metastasis (all P ＜ 0.05), but not with gender and age.The positive rate of Stathmin expression was 74.5％,while that of PIN1 was 78.4％.The association between Stathmin and PIN1 was significant(P ＜ 0.05) by correlation test.Conclusion:Stathmin and PIN1 are expressed in gastric cancer,which may be related to the malignant biological behavior of gastric cancer,which may be a potential target for gastric cancer.
