新兴的呼出气分析技术、血液基因检测可满足老年患者进行无创、无痛检查的要求,目前正处于研究中.老年患者特殊的临床特点决定了其治疗决策的制定存在特殊性,治疗的目标由“消除肿瘤”转变为“带瘤生存”,越来越多的研究证实老年肺癌患者更注重提高生活质量而不是仅仅延长生存期.至今仍未有治疗老年肺癌的最佳方案.本文分别论述老年非小细胞肺癌手术治疗、化疗、放疗、同步放化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗的新进展,并作出展望,为临床应用与研究奠定基础.%Emerging exhaled air analysis technology, blood gene detection to meet the elderly patients with noninvasive, painless check requirements,is currently in the study.The specific clinical characteristics of elderly patients determine the specificity of their treatment decision-making, treatment goals from the " elimination of cancer" into " survival with tumor", more and more studies have confirmed that elderly patients with lung cancer pay more attention to improve the quality of life rather than only to extend the survival period.There is no cure for the elderly lung cancer to chose the best program.This paper discusses the new progress of surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy,concurrent chemo-radiotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer, and puts forward the foundation for clinical application and research.
