子宫内膜腺癌肿瘤大小与FIGO分期及淋巴结转移的相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the correlation among the tumor size of endometrial adenocarcinoma and FIGO stage,histological grading,lymph node metastasis and lymph-vascular space invasion.Methods:A total of 127 patients were enrolled, all patiets received surgery at Liaoning Cancer Hospital from January 2011 to December 2012.The max diameter of endometrial adenocarcinoma was measured by pathology experts.The max diameter of endometrial adenocarcinoma was compared with FIGO stage, the histological grade, the lymph node metastasis and lymph-vascular space invasion.Results:The maximum diameter of the endometrial adenocarcinoma has the correlation with FIGO stage,histological grade and the lymph node metastasis(P ＜ 0.05), but has no correlation with lymph-vascular space invasion(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The maximum diameter of endometrial adenocarcinoma is correlated with FIGO stage,histological grading and lymph node metastasis, and the tumor diameter can be a useful marker for the lymph node dissection.%目的:探讨子宫内膜腺癌肿瘤最大直径与其FIGO分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移及淋巴血管间隙受累(lymph-vascular space invasion,LVSI)情况的相关性.方法:回顾分析2011年1月至2012年12月期间辽宁省肿瘤医院妇科收治的子宫内膜腺癌患者127例,由病理医师测量患者术后肿瘤最大直径,并探讨其与FIGO分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移、LVSI的相关性.结果:子宫内膜腺癌肿瘤最大直径与其FIGO分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移存在相关性(P＜0.05);但其与LVSI之间无相关性(P＞0.05).结论:子宫内膜腺癌肿瘤最大直径与FIGO分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移均存在相关性;并可作为子宫内膜腺癌行淋巴结清扫的参考指标.
