ADAM17在肺腺癌胸膜转移性胸膜炎与结核性胸膜炎鉴别诊断中的意义

Objective:To observe and investigate the ADAM17 expression level in lung adenocarcinoma with pleural metastasis and tuberculous pleurisy.Methods:Evaluating the pleural basic situation by HE staining and using immunohistochemisty and immunoblotting to detect the ADAM17 expression level in group A with adenocarcinoma of pleural metastasis, group B with tuberculous pleurisy and group C with healthy people.Results:The ADAM17 expression level in group A was higher than group B and group C, and the level in group C was higher than in group B.Expression of ADAM17 value in group A was 50.0％,the positive expression of group B was 16.67％, the positive expression of group C was 30.0％, the differences in the three groups were significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The ADAM17 expression level in lung cacer with pleural metastasis was higher than in tuberculous pleurisy, which speculated that ADAM17 and has a certain value in the differential diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma with pleural metastasis tuberculous pleurisy.%目的:观察和探讨肺腺癌胸膜转移性胸膜炎与结核性胸膜炎中ADAM17的表达及其意义.方法:通过HE染色评估胸膜组织基本情况,采用免疫组化及免疫印迹技术检测12例肺腺癌胸膜转移性胸膜炎(A组)、12例结核性胸膜炎(B组)及10例健康人(C组)胸膜组织中ADAM17的表达情况.结果:ADAM17在肺腺癌胸膜转移性胸膜炎组中的阳性表达率高于结核性胸膜炎及健康人组,且ADAM17在结核性胸膜炎组中阳性表达率低于健康人组.其中肺腺癌胸膜转移性胸膜炎组ADAM17的阳性表达率为50.0％,结核性胸膜炎组的阳性表达率为16.67％,健康人组的阳性表达率为30.0％,三组间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:ADAM 17在肺腺癌胸膜转移性胸膜炎组中呈高表达,在结核性胸膜炎组中呈低表达,推测ADAM17在肺腺癌胸膜转移性胸膜炎与结核性胸膜炎鉴别诊断中存在一定价值.
