胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的研究进展

摘要

胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas,SPTP)是一种潜在的恶性肿瘤.该病在极少数情况下可以扩散至淋巴结进而导致远处转移.随着现代影像诊断技术的广泛应用和临床检验方法日趋丰富,SPTP逐渐被人们所认知.因SPTP临床上较少见且在一定情况下难以与其他胰腺肿瘤相鉴别,本文就胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的国内外最新研究进展作一综述,旨在对其临床诊断和治疗提供帮助.%The solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas (SPTP).Is a rare pancreatic tumor that accounts for only 1％ to 2％ of all primary malignant pancreatic tumors, and make-up approximately 5％ of all pancreatic cystic neoplasms.In addition, it shows clear female predilection.It is a kind of borderline tumors with low recurrence and malignant potential.Very rare cases it can spread to lymph nodes causing distant metastases.With the widespread availability of high-quality imaging systems and a better use of laboratory medicine, SPTP were gradually recognized by people.The morbidity of which was relatively rare in clinical practice and difficult to distinguish with other pancreatic tumors.This reviews the recent advances in the study of SPTP to provide support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
