中医'治未病'思想在前列腺癌治疗中的临床应用

摘要

中医"治未病"思想包括"未病先防""已病早治"及"既病防变"三部分,是中医理论体系重要组成部分.前列腺癌的发病主要由脾肾两虚导致,产生湿、痰、瘀三种病理产物,进而发展成癌毒.中医通过健脾益气、补肾填精、舒肝养血为扶正的原则,达到"先安未受邪之地"的目的.针对湿、痰、瘀三种病理产物,给予清热利湿、化痰散结及活血化瘀的治则以祛除癌毒,体现中医"治未病"中截断扭转的特色.%" Preventive treatment of diseases" is an important part of TCM theoretical system,and it includes three parts which are " prevention before disease onset"," timely treatment once disease happens" and " prevention of dis-ease changing" .Prostate cancer is mainly caused by the deficiency of spleen and kidney,which produces three patho-logical products,including dampness,phlegm and blood stasis,and then develops into cancer toxin.Through strengthe-ning spleen and nourishing Qi,tonifying the kindey essence,soothing liver and nourish blood,as the principle of strengthening the body resistance,to achieve the purpose of protecting the healthy part of body.Towards dampness, phlegm and blood stasis,we adopt methods of clearing heat and dampness,reducing phlegm and resolving masses and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to dispel cancer toxin.Those methods reflect the characteristics of truncation and reverse of development of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
