人脑胶质瘤中miRNA的差异表达与预后关系的Meta分析

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the difference of miRNA expression in human with glioma prognosis by Meta-analysis method.Methods:To search the China''s HowNet database(CNKI),Wanfang database,Superstar database,VIP database,Web of science,PubMed.Inclusion and exclusion criteria in accordance with literature screening selected literature,evaluate the quality of the literature,the literature to extract relevant data,use RevMan5.2.3 Meta-analysis of the included studies.Results:Eventually included seven documents,a total of 901 cases of glioma study,included in the basic statistical characteristics of literature,QUADAS2 evaluation criteria shown to have a higher quality of the included studies Egger and Begg test showed no obvious publication bias,brain glial tumors of miRNA on overall survival in patients with combined risk ratio of 1.65(95%CI:1.17~3.49,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of miRNA on glioma patients have greater prognostic value.%目的:利用Meta分析方法对miRNA的差异表达与人脑胶质瘤预后的关系进行评价.方法:对中国知网数据库(CNKI)、超星数据库、Web of science、PubMed等进行检索.按照文献纳入和排除标准筛选入选文献,对文献质量进行评价,提取文献中相关数据资料,使用RevMan5.2.3对纳入文献进行Meta分析.结果:最终纳入7篇文献,共计901例脑胶质瘤研究对象,统计纳入文献的基本特征,QUADAS2 评价标准显示具有较高质量,纳入文献Egger和Begg检验结果显示未出现明显的发表偏倚,脑胶质瘤中miRNA的表达对患者总生存时间的合并风险比为1.65(95%CI:1.17~3.49,P<0.05).结论:miRNA的表达对脑胶质瘤患者预后评估具有较大的价值.
